Our community allows residents to feel at home with the option to bring their furry friends along.

What is the resident responsible for?

Residents are responsible for keeping their pets in their rooms as well as making sure they are cleaning up after them. They are also responsible for making sure animals are fed and comfortable.

What happens if the pet needs medical attention?

If pets need medical attention staff will contact the resident’s emergency contact to make sure they help assist the resident’s pet.

What is the staff responsible for?

Staff are not responsible for caring or cleaning for the resident’s pet. However, staff will let family members know when a resident is running low on supplies for the pet.

What kind of pets can I have?

Residents are allowed to have a cat, fish, or a bird in our community.

Can outside family pets visit?

Yes, we are a Pet-Friendly community and love it when furry friends visit us!

Is a pet deposit required?

There is no additional cost to bring a pet.
