Millview of Latham’s mission is to provide compassionate individualized care to each resident with dignity and respect and provide them a community that feels like home.

About Millview of Latham

Millview of Latham is licensed by New York State Department of Health, locally owned and has provided quality assisted living since 2001. Our intimate community is comprised of approximately 50 residents conveniently located on one floor. Our assisted living facility offers several common areas inside to encourage socialization with neighbors and family as well as outside areas for recreation including a courtyard, walking path, and a residents garden! Because of our size we are able to offer home cooked FRESH meals and an array of activities and recreational activities to keep your loved ones stimulated, happy and sense of normalcy with independence. Families are encouraged to take part in the many activities Millview of Latham provides on a daily basis.

Our Resident Rooms

Millview of Latham residents enjoy personalized assisted living in a comfortable setting. Our rooms come fully furnished, however, residents are encouraged to surround themselves with familiar furnishings from home as well as artwork. Several styles of rooms are available to meet the needs of each resident, including deluxe suites with living room, bedroom and private bath. Basic cable and Wi-Fi included in each room.
